Kaffeejager Roastery is run by a family that has produced coffee since 1913 on the same Santa Elisa Farm in the mountains of Cobán, Alta Verapaz. It focuses on preserving heirloom varieties such as Red Caturra and Maragogipe, hand-harvested and sun-dried before roasting.
