What El Lector is known for
Paraguayan family bookseller that began in 1971 when Pablo Burian started selling books from a kiosk by Plaza Uruguaya. It now operates 12 branches across Paraguay and Panama, organised Paraguay's first book fair in 1980 and established its own publishing house in 1982.
