Beyond retail, Fuego runs a barista training school and a subscription club, extending the business from a roastery into an education and repeat-customer program built around the same high-scoring lots.
It's a rare case of a decades-old family supply business finding new life as a specialty roastery, rather than a specialty roastery inventing its own origin story from scratch.
