Kaffee- und Kakaorösterei Kurt Traxl

Kurt Traxl, a certified Röstmeister and author of a barista manual now in its eighth edition, roasts organic, fair-trade coffee and cocoa in Linz using the slow Vienna roasting method that produces a lighter, additive-free bean. More than 90 percent of orders go out in reusable containers, and part of the proceeds fund "Kaffee für die Seele," an initiative supporting homeless people in Austria.
