Kinsale Spirit Company

Kinsale resident Tom O'Riordan and his sister Clodagh, a qualified distiller, first made their gin in his kitchen using local and foraged botanicals before licensing a commercial batch of 100 bottles. The company has since grown into Irish whiskey with the Red Earl and Great Earl labels and now exports from Kinsale to markets including the US, China, and Europe.
