L'Authentik de Tamaris

Yannick and Valerie Le Corre raise oysters and mussels in the Bay of Tamaris at La Seyne-sur-Mer, hand-gluing each oyster spat the traditional way, and sell their harvest directly from their shop, open mornings Monday through Saturday. Visitors can also taste the shellfish on site at the tasting terrace or bar from April through October.
