La Maison du Laurina

High above Saint-Joseph, the Lepinay family grows Bourbon Pointu — the legendary low-caffeine Laurina cru — as one of only a couple of certified-organic producers among the island's seventy-odd growers. Beans come whole, ground or green, with coffee sablés and a Laurina spread for the road.
