Lalchand Peda Wala

Founded in 1950 and now run by the third generation, this Chirawa halwai makes the town's signature mawa peda alongside kesar peda, mewa laddu and namkeen such as bhujia and chana daal. The family keeps its own cows and buffaloes for milk and packs its pedas with a roughly month-long shelf life for postal orders.
