What Ellora's (Melting Moments) is known for
Started in 1953 by former army officer Krishan Lal Gulati as a small Rajpur Road shop, Ellora's is known across the Doon Valley for plum cakes, rusks, cream rolls and its long-baked biscuits called stick jaws. The bakery now runs to more than 500 products with additional counters at Jolly Grant Airport and in Mussoorie.
