An independent Paris brewery founded in 2015 by four friends on the canal de l'Ourcq at 41 bis quai de la Loire. The first tanks still feed a tap house and restaurant there. Paname Brewing Company is an independent brewery created by four friends. In 2015 they found a former magasins généraux site on the bank of the canal de l'Ourcq and installed their first tanks there. The address, 41 bis quai de la Loire in the 19th arrondissement, had once served the supply of raw materials to the Paris region. It became a tap house doubled with a restaurant. After the success of the Tap House the brewery joined the Cité Fertile project. That former freight station, turned into an eco-responsible site, took a new production line. In 2024 two further taprooms opened, one at Gare Montparnasse and one in Terminal 2 of Roissy CDG airport. Production now sits at 137 avenue du Président Wilson in Saint-Denis, close to the Stade de France. The site has a new brewing system with a bar and beer garden. House beers such as Barge du Canal and Œil de Biche, with La Goulue alongside, are served straight from the tanks on the canal. The stated mission is a local beer that is affordable and tastes good, made with ingredients as natural as possible.
