What Rocambolesc is known for
Rocambolesc began in Girona with Jordi Roca and Ale Rivas turning an idea for a dessert cart into an ice-cream shop. Its menu uses soft ice cream and toppings as the basis for playful combinations, alongside other sweet preparations. The original Girona shop opened in 2012, before the business expanded to other locations.
