What Rockers International is known for
Reggae musician Augustus Pablo and his brother Garth Swaby opened this record shop at 135 Orange Street around 1978 to sell releases on their own Rockers International label. It is now one of only two surviving vinyl shops on downtown Kingston's once-legendary Beat Street, curated by longtime manager Ainsworth 'Mitchie' Williams under the Augustus Pablo Foundation.
