Rosenau

Rosenau makes its marzipan bars in the Kaliningrad region using what it calls medieval confectioners' recipes, with a paste of more than 52 percent almonds and rose water rather than the fillers common in mass-market versions. The line runs from plain 80-gram bars to a sugar-free variant, sold online and through regional retailers.
