A Sikkim food brand that turns the state's fiery dalle chilli and large cardamom into pickles, chilli-in-vinegar, squash, jams and chocolates sold directly from its own site. Products are made in-state and shipped in glass jars, including dalle blended with fermented bamboo shoot.
