Sindora Garden of Pepper

Sindora farms organic black, red and white Kampot peppercorns on 10 hectares about 20 kilometers from Kampot city, hand-harvesting and sun-drying the berries while replanting roughly 120 native tree species across half the property. Registered with the Kampot Pepper Promotion Association and recognized by a French culinary college as an Artisan Producer of Quality, it sells peppercorns in 50-gram packs and hosts farm lunches.
