What Stow Coffee is known for
Stow roasts its own beans at a facility in Kamnik and pours them at two Ljubljana cafés, one on Gosposka street and a second inside the Cukrarna gallery. Since 2015 the team has run an SCA-certified coffee academy alongside the roastery, training baristas as seriously as it sources green beans.
