Suzu Seien (珠洲製塩)

Suzu Seien makes salt on the Noto Peninsula using traditional agehama and ryuka methods, some dating to the Muromachi period, at its production site at 13-17-2 Nagahashi-cho in Suzu, Ishikawa Prefecture. Its salt and natural nigari are sold through the company's online shop, with a separate sales office in Tokyo handling mail orders.
