The roastery built its identity around three permanent single-origin lines rather than a rotating or blend-led menu: Elemental, sourced from Brazil; Genesis, from Ethiopia; and Atlas, from Guatemala — three fixed reference points a customer can return to and compare over time instead of chasing a constantly changing lineup.
That consistency has been recognized externally: The Barn was named Roaster of the Year in 2025. Rüller's time near Borough Market, itself a hub for London's food and coffee retail, is a specific biographical detail behind the roastery's founding rather than a vague claim of international experience.
