Yutang Sauce Garden (玉堂酱园)

Yutang has fermented soy sauce, vinegar, and pickled vegetables in Jining since the Qing dynasty, a run of roughly 300 years that earned it recognition as a China Time-Honored Brand. Its jiangcai pickled condiments remain the signature Jining product, still made by the original slow-fermentation methods described on the company's own site.
