What Atelier Ortega is known for
Chef Oscar Ortega, recognized as the first Mexican-born Chocolate Master, grew Atelier Ortega out of his original Cioccolato pastry shop in 2009 and opened the CocoLove retail boutique in 2012 to sell the line. The Jackson workshop makes competition-grade bonbons, entremets, and Viennoiserie alongside gelato and artisan bread.
