What Auer Chocolatier is known for
Run by the same confectionery family for six generations, Auer has sold chocolate from its shop at Rue de Rive 4 since the nineteenth century. Its best-known creation is the Amande Princesse, an almond-and-chocolate sweet devised by Claude Auer in 1964, sold alongside hand-dipped truffles.
