What Bodegas Barbadillo is known for
Founded in Sanlúcar de Barrameda in 1821, Barbadillo is the largest producer of manzanilla, ageing the wine under a veil of flor in cellars cooled by Atlantic winds. Beyond manzanilla it makes amontillados, olorosos, sweet Pedro Ximénez and unfortified white wines from the Cádiz coast.
