Evers & Tochter Manufaktur

Working from a centuries-old merchant house on Breite Straße, Evers & Tochter hand-pours chocolates and candies edible flowers grown in their own garden, drying and processing each blossom individually before folding it into pralines, sugars, and salts. The small workshop also makes calissons, the almond-and-candied-fruit sweet more commonly associated with Provence, produced here on a made-to-order basis.
