Grimmer Artisan Chocolatier

Victor Grimmer founded this family chocolaterie in 1972 after bringing Swiss chocolate-making methods back to Alsace, and it still turns out more than eighty bonbon flavors alongside nougats, caramels and pure cocoa-butter tablets. A tea salon on the route de Colmar serves the macarons and pastries made on site.
