Nebo Roastery

Nebo Roastery's founder started by roasting Kenyan beans in a borrowed pan in his mother's kitchen in 2019. Over the years that followed, he studied coffee across more than sixty countries before opening the Amman roastery in 2023, turning what began as home experimentation into a commercial operation built on that accumulated travel and tasting experience.

The roastery ships Espresso, Filter, and Turkish-coffee roasts within 24 hours of roasting, a turnaround that prioritizes freshness over the longer shelf life more conventional retail roasters accept. Offering all three roast styles side by side lets Nebo serve espresso-focused customers, filter brewers, and traditional Turkish coffee drinkers from the same production run.

From a single borrowed pan to a roastery shipping three distinct coffee styles within a day of roasting, Nebo's path is short but specific: a founder who built his knowledge across dozens of countries before settling in Amman to put it into practice.
