What Sculptures Driss is known for
Founded in 1996 by Mohamed Driss in Sfax, this workshop carves olive wood into bowls, knives, salad servers, spoons, ladles, mortars, chopping boards and pastry rollers. It recommends maintaining pieces with olive oil, which it notes the Phoenicians called liquid gold.
