T-Bone Tom's started as the Kemah Meat Market in the 1960s and has smoked on Highway 146 since 1974. Brisket, ribs and house sausage come off oak; steaks are cut in house; Armadillo eggs went out on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Live music six nights.
