Tsiakkas Winery

Tsiakkas Winery has farmed 18 hectares outside Pelendri organically since 1995, reviving native varieties like Yiannoudin and Promara alongside an oak-aged zivania and its own take on Commandaria. What began with a newlywed couple bottling just 500 bottles of a red wine called Thyrsos has passed to a second generation now producing roughly 200,000 bottles a year.
