What Fábrica Sant'Anna is known for
Founded in 1741 on Rua do Alecrim, Fábrica Sant'Anna is Lisbon's oldest working tile workshop, where painters still trace each azulejo freehand rather than by machine transfer. The workshop produces both museum-grade reproductions of 18th-century patterns and custom commissions, made on the same premises where the craft began nearly three centuries ago.
