Colmar native Thierry Mulhaupt opened this patisserie-chocolaterie in a restored Art Nouveau building on Place de l'Ecole in 2007, selling design chocolates, pastries, pain d'epices and jams. He still makes the Mandarinettes created locally in 1938 by Edouard Merklen, and runs a small tea salon with a summer terrace.
