Cretan Knives

This Chania workshop has forged traditional Cretan knives since 1938, carrying on the blade-making trade of a grandfather and father who were among the town's early cutlers. It makes custom pieces alongside kitchen, shepherd and folding knives finished with horn, wood and bone handles.
