This plate is the atlas's tailoring bench. Naples is its centre, with Cesare Attolini and the soft jacket, Kiton in Arzano and Be Nice in Cicciano for trousers; Rome answers with Brioni, Milan with Giorgio Armani, Umbria with Brunello Cucinelli and Piedmont with Zegna of Trivero. Puglia's Bottega Dalmut and the Marche's Cantarelli keep the regional workshops in view, and Barena Venezia brings the Venetian idea of soft, casual tailoring. Outside Italy the list runs to J. Press for Ivy, Camoshita for the Japanese reading of the Italian cut, Bytom in Poland, Calibre in Australia, and the Paris bootmakers Aubercy and Altan Bottier who dress the same wardrobe from the ground up.
